In the second half of 2010 Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was part of a large family that included athletes. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was also a participant in various games like basketball, soccer as well as softball prior to getting interested in bodybuilding when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha obtained her professional license through her victory at in the NPC USA Championships 2014. The first time she competed was the year 2008 but began competing in 2008. In 2014 she took part in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015 she held onto the 9th position. Aleesha finished 6th both 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 the bodybuilder completed the best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, when she placed fourth. The "World's most powerful mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding due to medical reasons.
